BullockSmith provided master planning and complete architectural services for this 95 acre project. Phase one included a 32,000 SF Conference Center with a 20,000 SF banquet hall, two 700 SF breakout spaces, a 2,100 SF kitchen, and 3,500 SF of offices. A 50,000 SF indoor Central Pavilion with a 80’x150′ show ring, 1,900-seat bleachers, and concessions. Two 50,000 SF exhibit buildings are directly connected to the Central Pavilion, and each accommodates over 200 stalls, includes wash racks, and is suitable for both trades shows and animal exhibitions. Phase two added a 90,000 SF outdoor covered equestrian arena with a 150’x300′ performance ring, 1,000-seat bleachers, concessions, and a 24,000 SF open-air covered horse barn with 150 stalls and wash racks. There are also two lighted warm-up rings, and a 5,000 SF maintenance building. The final phase will include a 135,000 SF indoor multi-purpose arena with a 150’x300′ performance ring and fixed seating for approximately 4,500.
