Georgia National Fair & Agricenter
BullockSmith designed and completed the master plan for this fairgrounds in 1990, marking a 20th century return to civic architecture in fairground design. Phase I of the Georgia National Fair location utilized a 440-acre site, and Phase II increased the facility by 200 additional acres. This world-class facility houses over 460,000 SF of exhibit space, arenas, barns, and other structures designed for efficiency, durability and operating economy. The master plan provides for future facilities expansion, an international agricultural center, and agricultural demonstration areas. We are extremely proud that this facility continues to serve our clients and fair-goers well decades after opening day.
